Our HouseCheck team of experienced and professional home inspectors is backed by years of experience in South African property. Each inspector has been trained by SAHITA (the South African Home Inspection Training Academy) to the best international standards and we use internationally tested and approved reporting software – this enables HouseCheck to provide quick (within one working day), accurate reports of a consistent high quality to our clients.

Every home inspector has been trained to inspect all major elements of the property and to provide an objective opinion on its present condition, operation and function. SAHITA courses have been based on the new QCTO approved building inspector curriculum and manufacturers’ specifications as the guideline to minimum acceptable standards.
